P1 (full or near-full outage): acknowledgement within 15 minutes, engineer assigned within 30 minutes, 4-hour resolution target. P2 (degraded service): acknowledgement within 30 minutes, 8-hour resolution target. P3 (minor issues): within 24 hours. All SLAs are in writing.

Yes. Many clients have a small internal IT team handling day-to-day helpdesk while we manage the network infrastructure. We define clear ownership boundaries and operate as an extension of your team, not a replacement.
