Research & discovery
Understanding users, competitors, and the actual problem being solved, before any screens get designed. Interviews, market analysis, and defining who this is actually for.
Information architecture & UX flows
Mapping out how someone moves through the product: what screens exist, what happens after each action, where things connect. The blueprint stage, before visual design.
Wireframing
Low-fidelity, structural layouts: where things sit on a screen, without colours, fonts or final visuals yet. Often confused with prototyping, but wireframes are static while prototypes are clickable.
UI design
The actual visual design: colours, typography, components and spacing, applied to the structure from wireframing. This is what most people picture as product design.
Prototyping
Interactive, testable versions before development, validating that the design actually works before it gets built.
Usability testing
Watching real users interact with the design, often via the prototype, to catch confusion or friction before development starts.

Yes. A standalone WCAG 2.1 AA audit is a separate engagement we offer. It includes a full audit report with prioritised findings, remediation recommendations, and retesting after fixes are applied.
Figma is our primary tool for interactive prototypes. It produces the highest fidelity with the fastest iteration cycle. For specific use cases (native mobile, complex animations, hardware interfaces) we may use different tooling. We'll recommend the right approach for your context.
